More than just a series of workshops, our interactive team training paths immerse participants in a months-long experience to help them adopt new behaviours. Beyond hands-on exercises and real-world application between sessions, each cohort explores a variety of approaches: co-mentoring pairs, peer recognition, engaging challenges, co-development sessions on open topics, and a final wrap-up workshop to consolidate learning. It’s an immersive experience that truly transforms workplace practices!

Can the content be adapted to specific needs?

Absolutely! Each organization can choose key skills to focus on and select the participating cohorts. Our interactive team training paths are designed to align with your priorities, ensuring they meet your team’s specific needs and maximize learning impact. Plus, each participant works on what matters most to them—exploring real-life situations as a group and selecting individual actions to implement between workshops.

Is there support between workshops?

Yes! Between workshops, participants complete hands-on activities, reinforcement quizzes, and benefit from peer learning pairs for ongoing support. They also have access to online content to deepen their learning.

Do participants receive a certificate or recognition?

Yes! The interactive team training path concludes with a wrap-up workshop where participants engage in a co-development session to share their insights and solidify their learning. At the end, each participant receives a certification recognizing their commitment and the skills they’ve developed.

What is the role of participants’ managers during the interactive team training path?

It’s a crucial one! From the start, we provide a launch kit that includes a quick-reference guide for managers. This guide offers practical suggestions on how to best support participants, such as conducting formal or informal follow-ups on their progress throughout the path.

Can the same interactive team training path be offered to different levels of hierarchy?

Absolutely—and we highly recommend it! It helps establish a shared language and creates momentum for learning, making it easier for teams to adopt new behaviours. Since our workshops are interactive and practice-based, participants naturally adapt discussions to their own professional realities. For example, on the same topic, VPs and team leads will explore different angles, but everyone will come away with valuable insights.

How much does a Boostalab interactive team training path cost?

Are your interactive team training paths offered in-person or virtually?

Yes. Meaning: both are possible!

We do not offer hybrid workshops (i.e., some participants in person, others virtual), as this format doesn’t provide a smooth learning experience for anyone.

How many people are your interactive team training paths designed for?

The ideal group size is between 10 and 15 participants. However, we can facilitate paths with as few as 6 people and up to 20 participants if needed.

How many workshops are included in a Boostalab interactive team training path?

Each path covers 3 to 5 training topics. Fewer than that, and participants don’t feel like they’ve truly been part of a cohort; more than that, and there’s a risk of learning fatigue.

A path includes one workshop per learning theme, plus a final wrap-up workshop. So: 3 training topics = 3 thematic workshops + 1 wrap-up workshop = 4 workshops total.

Can the structure of the interactive team training paths be customized?

Yes, some elements of our interactive team training paths can be adjusted based on your specific customization needs. Book a call with us to explore what level of customization is possible.

Can we facilitate a Boostalab interactive team training path ourselves?

It’s an option! However, to ensure you get the full benefit of the path, we need to confirm that your organization has the long-term internal capacity to facilitate highly experiential learning workshops.

That said, we do offer an easy-to-use facilitation kit for running co-development workshops!
