Tailor your program by choosing 3 to 5 skills from a list of 20+ options. The cohort will focus on these priority skills throughout the journey.

Create your cohorts

To ensure a truly transformative experience, choose participants who align with your objectives and encourage voluntary participation. This boosts engagement and leads to more impactful learning. Keep cohorts to a maximum of 15 participants to foster meaningful discussions and maximize collective impact.

Is there support between workshops?

Absolutely! Between sessions, participants take part in hands-on activities, complete quizzes to reinforce their learning, and connect with peers through learning partnerships. They also have access to online resources to deepen their understanding and build on their progress.

Do participants receive a certificate or recognition?

Yes! The program wraps up with a final workshop where participants engage in a co-development session to reflect on their learnings and reinforce their progress. At the end, each participant is awarded a certificate recognizing their dedication and the skills they’ve developed.

What role do participants’ managers play during the program?

Managers play a vital role! At the start of the program, we provide a launch kit that includes a handy guide for managers. It offers practical suggestions, like hosting formal or informal check-ins, to help them support participants and reinforce their learning throughout the program.

Can the same program be offered to different hierarchical levels?

Absolutely—and we highly recommend it! This approach helps create a shared language and builds momentum for adopting new behaviours. Our interactive, hands-on workshops allow participants to tailor discussions to their unique professional realities.
