How much does access to a dedicated online learning platform for my organization cost?

The cost depends on the size of your organization. Book a meeting to discuss your needs and get an accurate estimate. No pressure — just clear answers, we promise!

How does access to our online learning platform work?

Your learners will be able to access our entire course catalogue through the online platform. Access is set up using a password or Single Sign-On (SSO). We can also help you strategically assign courses based on your different learner groups. You’ll easily be able to track progress thanks to built-in monitoring tools.

Can the online training content be customized?

Yes! We can tailor some of the content to match your specific needs. Book a meeting to discuss what you’d like to customize.

Can I get a demo of a specific e-learning course?

Absolutely! Contact us to schedule a personalized demo of any of our courses.

How soon will my platform be up and running?

Your platform will be fully up and running within two weeks of receiving your annual license payment.

What kind of support is included with the online learning platform?

We’re with you every step of the way:

  • Pedagogical and strategic support: Your project manager will help you roll out and promote the platform internally.
  • Technical support: Our tech team will be there to answer your questions and help with any technical needs.

Are learners’ personal data hosted in Quebec?

We only use professional information (like work email addresses). Data is hosted on TalentLMS, a European company that meets the industry’s highest security standards.

What usage reports are available on the online learning platform?

You’ll have access to:

  • Interactive dashboards: Monitor learner progress and course completion rates in real time.
  • Automated monthly reports: Get a detailed summary of key statistics every month.

What’s the cost of off-the-shelf online training content for our internal LMS?

How do the ready-to-train kits work?

Our off-the-shelf online training content is available in several formats. The most popular: SCORM — the industry standard that ensures compatibility with any LMS. You can also choose an editable RISE Articulate version, giving you the flexibility to tweak the content to suit your needs.

Can the online training content be customized?

Absolutely! You can partially modify our off-the-shelf content, depending on the level of customization you’re looking for. Let’s book a meeting to go over your ideas and tailor the content to your needs.

Can I get a demo of a specific e-learning course?

Definitely! Just reach out and we’ll schedule a personalized demo of one or more of our courses.

How soon will I have access to the online training?

You’ll get access to your off-the-shelf content as soon as we receive your payment.

What kind of support is included with a ready-to-train kit?

Before delivery, a project lead will review the required file setup with you. Our team is always available if you have questions or need support.

Where is learner data hosted?

Since the training runs on your internal LMS, we never have access to any personal or professional data from your learners

How much does a Boostalab-led workshop cost?

What types of workshops do you offer, and what’s your learning approach?

A 30-day training boost is much more than a traditional workshop. It’s a complete learning journey that blends immersive practice with real-world application to spark meaningful change.

  • A 2.5-hour workshop (virtual or in-person) where participants actively practise new skills in a safe, engaging environment
  • 30 days of follow-up with exclusive access to one of our online courses and targeted activities to help new habits stick

Our learning approach is built to drive engagement and real impact:

  • Flexible learning before and after the workshop to build autonomy
  • Immediate hands-on practice to help apply new skills right away
  • Measurable progress, with a certificate at the end

Each training boost gives people a space to experiment, adjust, and adopt new ways of working — all with confidence. Since everyone’s development path is unique, participants are encouraged to choose the specific “muscle” they want to strengthen in their day-to-day work.

Do you offer in-person or virtual workshops?

Both!

We don’t offer hybrid formats (where some people attend in person and others virtually) — it just doesn’t deliver the kind of experience we want for participants.

How many participants are your workshops designed for?

We recommend 10 to 15 participants per group, but we can go as low as 6 and up to 20 if needed.

Will participants get a lot of emails?

We keep it simple!

Participants will receive no more than 2 emails during the workshop, and up to 3 afterward — including quick recap quizzes to help lock in what they’ve learned. So yes, they’re short, relevant, and part of the learning process.

Can the workshop format be customized?

Yes — certain elements can be adapted depending on how much customization you’re looking for. Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

Can we facilitate a training boost internally?

That’s a possibility!

We’ll just need to confirm that your organization has — or is building — the capacity to deliver highly experiential workshops on its own.

We also offer a peer learning facilitation kit that’s easy for anyone to use.

If we buy a workshop, how soon can it be delivered?

We need a minimum of 3 weeks between the kickoff meeting and the workshop date.

Who is the team training path for?

Our team training path is built for organizations that want to develop a wide range of skills while fostering strong team cohesion. It offers a practical, engaging approach to creating lasting behaviour change and building aligned, high-performing teams.

What does Boostalab’s team training path include?

It’s much more than a series of workshops. Participants embark on a multi-month learning journey designed to help new behaviours take root. Along the way, each cohort explores a variety of formats: peer mentoring duos, peer recognition, practical challenges, co-development sessions, and a final wrap-up workshop to solidify what they’ve learned. It’s immersive, energizing, and built for real-world impact.

Can the content be tailored to our needs?

Absolutely! You choose the key skills you want to work on and the groups that will take part. The path is designed to adapt to your priorities, making sure the learning is relevant and impactful. Plus, each participant focuses on what matters most to them — tackling real situations and committing to concrete actions between sessions.

Is there support between workshops?

Yes! Between sessions, participants complete hands-on activities and short quizzes, pair up for peer learning, and access online resources to reinforce their progress.

Do participants get a certificate or formal recognition?

Yes! The path wraps up with a co-development session where participants share what they’ve learned and reflect as a group. Everyone receives a certificate recognizing their effort and growth.

What role do managers play during the team training path?

A big one! From the start, we provide a launch kit that includes a manager guide with simple ways to support their team — like holding regular check-ins and encouraging reflection throughout the process.

Can different levels of the organization follow the same path?

Definitely — we encourage it! It helps build a shared language and a strong learning culture. Since our workshops are practice-based, each participant brings their own lens. Whether you’re a VP or a team lead, you’ll explore the same theme in ways that are relevant to your role.

How much does a team training path cost?

Are the sessions delivered in-person or virtually?

Both options are available!

We don’t offer hybrid sessions (part in-person, part virtual) since they tend to disrupt the flow and learning experience.

How many participants is the path designed for?

The sweet spot is 10 to 15 participants. That said, we can run a path with as few as 6 or as many as 20 people.

How many workshops are included in a Boostalab team training path?

Each path includes one workshop per learning theme, plus a final wrap-up session. We usually recommend 3 to 5 themes.

Any fewer, and it may not feel like a full cohort experience. Any more, and there’s a risk of learning fatigue.

So for example: 3 themes = 3 workshops + 1 wrap-up = 4 workshops total.

Can the format of the path be customized?

Yes! Some elements can be adjusted based on how much customization you’re looking for. Let’s talk about what would work best for your team.

Can we deliver a Boostalab team training path ourselves?

It’s possible! First, we’ll want to confirm that your organization has — or is building — the internal capacity to lead highly experiential learning.
