At Boostalab, taking care of people isn’t just a nice idea — it’s a cornerstone of who we are. That’s why we’re so proud to share that we’ve just achieved Level 3 of the Certification Bien au travail!
After earning Level 1 back in 2024 (then known as Reconnaissance Entreprise en santé), this new milestone marks a meaningful step forward in our ongoing journey to build a workplace that’s healthy, engaging — and human at its core.
Awarded by coesion SP, the Certification Bien au travail recognizes organizations that put in place meaningful, consistent, and lasting practices to support health and well-being at work.
The process is rigorous and grounded in a holistic approach to well-being — one that considers healthy lifestyle habits, work-life balance, leadership practices, and the work environment as a whole.
The goal? To create workplaces where people can grow, thrive, and bring their full selves — all while maintaining a healthy personal balance.
Level 3 is the highest level currently awarded through this certification. It reflects a deep, well-structured, and sustained commitment that runs through every level of the organization.

✔ Consulted the whole team to better understand their lived reality — their lifestyle habits, work-life balance, work environment, management practices, and psychological well-being. We wanted every voice to count.
These actions aren’t just symbolic. They’re woven into our daily lives. They guide our choices. And they show up in everything we design and share — from psychological safety to stress management, unconscious bias, communication, workplace harassment prevention, time and priority management, and inclusive leadership.
In short, Level 3 is a true reflection of who we are — and of what we’re striving to live, every single day.
