Excelling as a team
Having a high-performing, learning team is the dream of every person who works in an organization, whether they are a manager or not. So how do you get there? Discover practical exercises to complete individually and as a team to bring out the full potential of a group. What if it were easy to excel as a team?
Why learn to excel as a team?
You can’t talk about performance without talking about excelling as a team. Remember the saying? Alone, we go fast, but together, we go far!
Indeed, individually, you can be excellent and regularly seek to surpass yourself without creating synergy for the team. However, a successful organization is one in which the teams have learned to work together and to excel as a team. When this skill is collectively mastered, the actions of each individual reveal the true potential of the team. This creates synergies and leverage effects that will organically improve overall performance and develop creativity over the long run.

Oxfam-Québec wanted to provide its managers with practical tools to help them acquire the skills they needed to master in this new remote management context. The virtual intelligence course appeared to us as a more complete and flexible alternative to a one-day training course.
The videos, interactive questionnaires, and concrete tools offered online allow for immediate application of what has been learned within the work teams, and managers are able to see positive changes immediately. The process is a great opportunity to bring managers together around unifying objectives and helps develop interactions between managers from different departments and promotes cohesion.
