Team performance training – Develop a learning culture to succeed
Excelling as a team
Having a high-performing, learning team is the dream of every person who works in an organization, whether they are a manager or not. So how do you get there? Discover practical exercises to complete individually and as a team to bring out the full potential of a group. What if it were easy to excel as a team?
Why learn to excel as a team?
You can’t talk about performance without talking about excelling as a team. Remember the saying? Alone, we go fast, but together, we go far!
Indeed, individually, you can be excellent and regularly seek to surpass yourself without creating synergy for the team. However, a successful organization is one in which the teams have learned to work together and to excel as a team. When this skill is collectively mastered, the actions of each individual reveal the true potential of the team. This creates synergies and leverage effects that will organically improve overall performance and develop creativity over the long run.
Intended results
Each team member is aware of the importance of getting to know each other better in order to grow together
The fundamental ingredients of a successful and learning team are well-known to all
Teams understand their current strengths and future areas for improvement
The learning culture is reinforced by the implementation of team challenges

Why choose this training over a typical one-day workshop?
Because it helps teams turn learning into meaningful action. Instead of a standalone session, this training takes teams through a hands-on process that:
✓ Sparks individual and group reflection on what drives team success
✓ Encourages real-time application in everyday work
✓ Creates a shared experience that brings people together and gets everyone invested in the team’s success
The result: a more aligned, motivated, and empowered team.

Is this training only for already high-performing teams?
Not at all. It’s also designed for teams that are just forming, going through changes, or working on building stronger foundations. No matter where they’re starting from, each team can use the experience to:
✓ Recognize their strengths and identify areas for growth
✓ Agree on clear behaviours to improve how they work together
✓ Build momentum toward more trust and stronger team cohesion

What do we mean by “a learning culture”?
It’s a way of working where everyone on the team is constantly learning, sharing, and growing together. A strong learning culture:
✓ Encourages curiosity, feedback, and collaboration
✓ Welcomes mistakes as part of the learning process
✓ Creates psychological safety — a must-have for innovation and high team performance
In short, it’s what helps teams push further — together.

Oxfam-Québec wanted to provide its managers with practical tools to help them acquire the skills they needed to master in this new remote management context. The virtual intelligence course appeared to us as a more complete and flexible alternative to a one-day training course.
The videos, interactive questionnaires, and concrete tools offered online allow for immediate application of what has been learned within the work teams, and managers are able to see positive changes immediately. The process is a great opportunity to bring managers together around unifying objectives and helps develop interactions between managers from different departments and promotes cohesion.
