Boostalab reaches Level 4 of the Flourish at Work Certification

One more step toward a healthy, high-performing workplace

What if workplace well-being wasn’t a destination, but a journey?

At Boostalab, we move forward one step at a time. And today, we’re especially proud to mark a new milestone: earning Level 4 of the Flourish at Work Certification, awarded by coesion SP.

It’s an important recognition—but more importantly, it reflects a commitment that continues to evolve, take shape, and show up in our day-to-day work.

Flourish at Work Certification: Ongoing progress at Boostalab

Last year, we celebrated reaching Level 3 of the Flourish at Work Certification. Today, we’re building on that momentum with Level 4.

This progress isn’t driven by one-off initiatives. It’s rooted in a clear intention: making workplace well-being a sustainable pillar of our organization.

Creating a healthy work environment means:

→ Challenging ourselves
→ Truly listening to our team’s needs
→ Continuously adapting our practices

And that’s not something any certification can do for us.

Level 4 of the Flourish at Work Certification: What does it mean?

Level 4 of the Flourish at Work Certification recognizes organizations that embed well-being into how they operate every day. In practical terms, that means:

→ A structured approach to psychological health in the workplace
→ Consistent, measurable actions
→ A shared commitment across the organization

In other words, workplace well-being is not a one-time initiative—it’s part of how we work.

The practices put in place at Boostalab

At Boostalab, this certification reflects concrete actions that support health and well-being at work. Some of the key initiatives that contributed to reaching Level 4 include:

→ Embedding psychological safety into our day-to-day practices
→ Creating spaces for open, authentic dialogue
→ Keeping a close eye on workload and early warning signs
→ Offering training focused on key soft skills like courage, inclusive leadership, and change management

These actions are part of a broader approach to preventing psychosocial risks and driving continuous improvement.

Why invest in workplace well-being?

Organizations that prioritize workplace well-being see real, measurable impact. According to several well-known studies:

→ Teams operating in a psychologically safe environment are more innovative (1)
→ Engaged employees can be up to 21% more productive (2)
→ Healthy work environments help reduce absenteeism and turnover (3)

Workplace well-being isn’t just a people issue—it’s also a powerful driver of organizational performance.

A certification… what comes next?

Reaching Level 4 of the Flourish at Work Certification isn’t the finish line—it’s one step along the way.

At Boostalab, we’re committed to continuing to:

→ Evolve our practices
→ Maintain a healthy and inclusive work environment
→ Support each person’s psychological health

Because workplace well-being is a living, ongoing process that requires intention and consistency.
