During those 30 days, learners will be guided by carefully conceived activities designed to help them integrate the new behaviours. We work on independence, we activate commitment, we measure skill development, we reinforce achievements and we celebrate success with certification.

Your involvement as HR? Very little. It’s a turnkey package – we take care of everything!
A synchronous and asynchronous mix
What we offer is a formula that combines asynchronous learning, which allows learners to discover the training content, and synchronous learning, during which the participants will instead be able to direct their energies towards practicing the new skills and creating bonds.
An interactive, mobilizing workshop
In these 2.5-hour workshops, learners will experiment with well-targeted new behaviours and explore new methods and tools in a “safe” practice environment.
The icing on the cake: these activities will allow them to forge genuine bonds with their colleagues and have fun while learning!
These are highly participative workshops that are available in French or English, virtually or in-person, for cohorts of 15 people.
